Individual Therapy for Children & Adolescents

Individual Therapy for Children & Adolescents

Individual Therapy for Children & Adolescents

Kids and teens face challenges that can be hard to talk about—whether it’s anxiety, sadness, self-esteem issues, or peer struggles. We provide a safe, supportive space where young people can open up and feel understood. Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), we help children and teens navigate life's ups and downs with confidence.

We work with children and teens on things like:

  • Managing anxiety, stress, or depression
  • Building self-esteem and confidence
  • Navigating social challenges
  • Coping with anger, frustration, or behavior issues

Family Sessions (Including Child or Teen)

Family Sessions (Including Child or Teen)

Sometimes, the best way to help a child or teen is by strengthening the entire family unit. In family therapy, we invite both parents and children (or teens) into the conversation to improve understanding, resolve conflicts, and strengthen connections. This can be a helpful way to address family stress, miscommunication, or difficult transitions that affect everyone.

Family sessions can help:

  • Improve family communication and connection
  • Resolve conflicts in a healthy, positive way
  • Support everyone in working toward common goals
